We emphasize quality over quantity, maintaining small group sizes for more individualized attention and support. Our team is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming environment where every client feels empowered and supported.
Getting started is simple! Whether you're interested in personal training, group classes, or physiotherapy, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation or trial session. During this session, we’ll assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and create a plan that’s right for you. You can book your session directly via our website or by calling us at +6014 300 0522.
No long-term contracts required! At Good Juju, we believe in flexibility. Whether you're signing up for personal training, group classes, or physiotherapy, we offer a variety of packages to suit your needs, with no pressure to commit long-term. You can purchase sessions or packages that work best for your schedule and goals.
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. For more details about class schedules or availability, you can check the MindBody app or contact us directly.
Yes! We understand that sometimes you can’t make it in person, so we offer both virtual personal training sessions and online classes. Whether you're traveling or prefer to train from home, we’ll provide you with the same level of expert coaching and support through our online platform.
Absolutely! We love seeing our community grow. You can bring a friend or family member to enjoy a class (subject to availability) or a personal training session together. If they’re new to Good Juju, we recommend they start with a trial session to get a feel for our approach.
