Our group classes are capped at either 8, 10 or 12 participants max, so you’ll get the attention you need while still feeding off the energy of training in a crew. That means more focused coaching and way fewer “am I doing this right?” moments.

Every session is scalable: beginners feel safe, pros feel challenged, and everyone walks out stronger.

Raise the Bar

A 60-minute session that emphasizes proper movement quality and builds a solid foundation in strength. Unlike traditional HIIT workouts, this class takes a slower pace, incorporating a wide range of strength training elements into functional movement patterns to create a more resilient you.

One More Rep

This 60-minute, fast-paced, high-intensity class combines strength and endurance. Utilizing various functional strength movements with high volume work and short recovery times, it's designed to be metabolically challenging, pushing your body through an endurance gauntlet.

Hold The Pace

This conditioning specific class is designed to get your heart rate up, improve your ability to work under fatigue and sustain it! This is a 60-minute Aerobic base building class that will incorporate various monostructural cardio modalities (bike, run, row, etc) with functional strength movements. This will prepare you for the demands of life, sports, and various fitness races like Hyrox, Redline.

Yin Meets Yang

A 60-minute movement class designed to help you move with ease and build strength through range. By blending Yang (active, strength-driven work) with Yin (deep, passive stretches), you’ll develop functional mobility that translate into real-world movement. Each month spotlights a key area: hips, spine, or shoulders, to progressively help you unlock greater freedom and resilience for everyday life.

Oly 101

This is a 90-minute group weightlifting class that is open for all levels (beginners to advanced lifters) who are looking to improve their technique and strength in the Olympic movements, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. There will be focus on the assistance exercises such as squats, pulls, and presses. Each session will provide attendees with individualised and hands-on guidance.

Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?

Not at all! Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at, which means whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we can adjust the intensity and difficulty to match your fitness level. Our coaches will guide you through each exercise and ensure you feel confident and supported!

How do I book and view the schedule?

You can easily view our class schedule and book your sessions through the MindBody app up to 14 days in advance. Simply search for "Good Juju Barbell Club," create an account, and purchase Good Juju class credits. Alternatively, you can also access our schedule via ClassPass which is available for booking 1 week in advance.

Do you have a trial session?

Yes! We offer a 3-session trial pack called the "First Leap Promo" for RM99. This is a great way to explore and try our classes. The trial pack is valid for two weeks and can only be purchased once per person. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 16-hour cancellation policy for any classes you are unable to attend. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list and ensures that all Jujubes have a fair opportunity to join the class. Please make sure to cancel in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

What happens if I’m late to class or cannot attend last minute?

Life happens! If you're running late or unable to attend a class, please reach out to us immediately via Instagram @goodjujubarbellclub or call/WhatsApp us at 014-300 0522. We will try our best to accommodate, but please note that this is subject to availability and the coach's discretion.

Can I share my PGT packages?

Yes, you can nominate one person to share your MindBody PGT package. Please note that this is only applicable for MindBody packages and cannot be done with ClassPass.
