Virtual Coaching
Can’t make it to the club? No problem. Our 60-minute virtual sessions give you the same coaching standards as in-person: real-time feedback, form checks, and personalised tweaks.
All you’ll need is a laptop, some space, and maybe a dumbbell or two. We’ll do the rest — guiding every rep, holding you accountable, and adjusting your plan as you progress.
So if you’re travelling, training from home, or just dodging traffic, you’ll still get steady progress and a coach who actually notices the details. The only thing missing? The sweaty-but-cute strangers.


Nutrition Coaching
Because training hard only gets you halfway there. The other half is how you fuel it.
Our nutrition coaching is designed to fit into your actual life. We’ll look at your training, your recovery, and your daily routine to create a plan that’s sustainable (read: no sad chicken-and-broccoli diets).

Good Juju Barbell Club (GJBC) is a strength training-focused PT studio. We assess your movement patterns, align with your personal goals, and design a completely tailored plan to help you succeed. Our approach is all about guiding you towards your goals while celebrating every milestone along the way. We’re here to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
A movement screening is a key part of our consultation process. It helps your coach understand your baseline so they can design a program that’s tailored specifically to you, not anyone else. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get to know your coach and ensure you vibe together!
To get started, choose a coach who you think you’ll connect with. Then, simply DM us on Instagram @goodjujubarbellclub or give us a call at 014 300 0522. We’ll arrange your initial movement assessment and start planning your training sessions.
We have three coaching tiers at GJBC, and our rates range from RM160 to RM235 per hour, depending on your coach’s tier.
Tier 3: 1-2 years of coaching experience
Tier 2: 3+ years of coaching experience
Tier 1: 5+ years of coaching experience
All our coaches are certified and have been intensively screened to ensure the highest standards of coaching.
We offer PT packages of 12, 24, 36, and 72 sessions. Unfortunately, we do not provide walk-in rates or monthly memberships at this time, as we believe in producing long-term sustainable results and that requires commitment and consistency.
Absolutely! We want you to feel comfortable and supported throughout your journey. If you feel like another coach might be a better fit, just let us know, and we’ll work to match you with someone who aligns with your training needs.
We understand life happens! We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session to avoid a cancellation fee. This helps us reschedule and offer the slot to another client, otherwise a late cancellation would be applied.
